Well here is to trying something different for the new year! Many of you who follow the blog haven’t gotten an update in maybe 3 years (our family has changed a lot since then)! So this is coming completely out of the blue. I have decided to deactivate my social media accounts for the 2022 year…maybe longer…hopefully not shorter. It was too much of an unhealthy habit as I spent too much time mindlessly scrolling and not enough time doing things that actually matter…things like hanging out with my family, reading more, taking up new and old hobbies, and spending more time in the Word and prayer.
So this blog will now be dedicated to periodic updates from the family but mostly just pictures to document our year and the boys’ growth.
And to start it off…
We had a wonderful Christmas at home in our new home!! It was a whirlwind of a month or so with the holidays, visiting family in Virginia, packing up our home, moving to our new home, and then setting it all up in time for Christmas. With the help of wonderful friends and family we already are feeling settled in the new place!
